Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) Trade Qualification in Corrugated Board Printing and Finishing Machine Minding Requirements & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience operating printing machinery Strong understanding of machine operations, equipment control, and IoT systems Computer literacy: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or internal systems Good verbal and written communication skills in English Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team Knowledge of ink viscosity and colour matching essential The ideal candidate must be: Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required Proactive, responsible, and reliable Capable of working independently Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up printing machines according to production requirements Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and environmental standards within the organisation Comply with ISO procedures and contribute to a safe working environment Review and assess work orders to understand production needs Ensure the final product meets customer specifications and expectations Maintain high housekeeping standards within the department Update and maintain relevant in-house systems daily Actively participate in improving machine availability by following preventive maintenance procedures
