KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create compelling graphics for (social media, website, ads, and presentations). Develop branding materials including flyers, brochures, billboards, and corporate assets. Design layouts that communicate premium real estate value and aesthetics. Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaign execution. Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual outputs. Deliver polished, high‑quality designs within deadlines. Stay updated on design trends and tools. Create motion graphics for digital campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years experience in graphic design or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital design work. Proficiency in design principles (layout, typography, color theory). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and branding. Knowledge of print and digital design specifications. Familiarity with AI design tools and workflows.

Video editing skills and experience are an added advantage.
