Position: Manager, ESG Impact Reporting Level: MTN Level 3 Reports to: Senior Manager, Sustainability Job summary The ESG Impact Reporting Manager is responsible for implementing MTN Ghana’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy via performance metrics and impact reporting. The role ensures alignment with global ESG frameworks and regulatory standards while supporting transparency, evaluations, mechanisms aligned to sustainable business practices. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to measure sustainability impact, manage ESG data, and produce high-quality sustainability and impact reports.
