Job Summary

Perfectlytics AI Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal activities, manage office resources, support team members, and ensure efficient communication within the organization.

The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the company’s training programs and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office.

Sales call, Corporate event networking.

Coordinate internal team schedules, meetings, and office activities.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.

Maintain accurate records, files, and company documentation.

Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Assist in coordinating training programs, tutors, and student schedules.

Manage communication with clients, vendors, and partners.

Ensure office systems and processes operate efficiently.

Monitor office expenses and assist with basic administrative budgeting.

Ensure a professional and organized work environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in an educational or training organization.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to coordinate teams and manage operational processes.

Familiarity with digital tools for communication and scheduling.
