Job description Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debtors Clerk with Car Rental experience based in the City of Cape Town.

The Debtors

Clerk will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, monitoring customer accounts, performing credit control functions, and handling debt collection. The role also includes maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments while adhering to company policies and financial regulations.

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING:

PREVIOUS CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE

COLOURED/WHITE

Requirements Qualifications Strong understanding of debtors management and experience in debt collection

Proficiency in credit control processes and financial practices

Basic knowledge of financial accounting and related principles

Excellent computer literacy with experience in relevant financial software and MS Office

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

Relevant certifications or a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is an advantage
