Job Summary

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture Must have previous growing experience within Citrus Previous procurement experience would be preferred Solid understanding of Citrus quality, packing and logistics is required Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel when required

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Identifying, contracting with, and supervising local farmers to source high-quality Orange Valencia. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of produce to meet company standards. Identifying suitable packhouses for packing and storing sourced fruit. Engaging with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines. Overseeing the packing process to ensure fruit is being packed correctly and efficiently. Ensuring the shipping of packed fruit to India and other overseas markets. Working with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. Overseeing and managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
