YOUR ROLE The Chief Accountant is responsible for all accounting activities, which may involve several sites. In addition to day-to-day management, the Chief Accountant is responsible for the proper management of accountant and tax for all sites. He or she must supervise the activities of the General Accounting Department of the company, guaranteeing the regularity and reliability of the accounts. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Monitor transactions in the general ledger while complying with the Group's rules, processes and

working methods in order to produce accurate and reliable accounting information for Group and local reporting.

Ensuring that accounts are monitored and posted to on a daily basis.

Preparing and submitting transfers to HO for approval.

Reconciling and analysing account balances with partners (third parties and intercos).

Produces monthly tax returns.

Participating in the closing of the monthly accounts in accordance with the schedule.

Checking, Analysing the company's monthly accounting data.

Commenting on the monthly balance sheet and income statements; preparing tax returns.

Preparing and planning the audit of the accounts and ensuring external relations with

chartered accountants, statutory auditors; updating provisions and ensuring reporting.

Assisting the collections department in the dunning process.

Ensuring optimum management of cash registers.

Ensuring that bank files are properly integrated and carrying out first-level checks on bank reconciliation statements before they are validated by line management;

supervising and managing the general accounting pool and administrative invoicing.

Participating in the preparation of budgets for the Balance Sheet and P&L sections.

Carrying out any other tasks assigned by line management.

Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.

knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework.

Knowledge of IFRS standards.

Knowledge of accounting and financial risk prevention.

Knowledge of general accounting.

Knowledge of accounting processes.

Software and IT tools

Good knowledge of English

Knowledge of general and cost accounting/management and auditing;

Knowledge of tax and budget management;

Proficiency in SAGE, ERP and office software.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

BAC+3/4/5 in accounting or any other equivalent qualification

At least 05 years' experience in a similar position.

Good oral communication skills in French and English
