Job description

## 💼 Expérience
PBT Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join its IT Product and Enablement division.
This role is responsible for fostering Agile principles (Scrum & Kanban), enabling high-performing delivery teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of customer-centric IT products and solutions. The Scrum Master will operate as a servant-leader, driving collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment between delivery teams and broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Guide and coach software development teams in applying Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team
Sprint & Delivery Management
- Manage and maintain sprint boards using JIRA
- Ensure accurate backlog refinement and prioritisation in collaboration with Product Owners
- Track progress, identify risks, and remove impediments to ensure sprint goals are met
- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment
Stakeholder & Team Enablement
- Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders
- Support teams in delivering value aligned to strategic business goals
- Act as a servant-leader, empowering teams while ensuring accountability
- Monitor team health and performance, addressing challenges proactively

## 🧠 Profil recherché

## 🎓 Formation / Diplômes
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) – Mandatory
Experience
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments
- Proven experience leading Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban
- Experience delivering IT products in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

## 🛠️ Compétences requises
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools, particularly JIRA
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capability
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to drive delivery discipline without compromising team morale
Preferred Experience
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Advanced Scrum Master)
- Familiarity with software development tools and DevOps practices
- Exposure to financial services or financial technology environments
