  • Develop, maintain, and update Incident Response Management Plans for all key functions.

  • Lead BCCM awareness campaigns across the organization.

  • Maintain and report on the BCCM risk register.

  • Manage the activities of the BCCM Steering Committee.

  • Support the Crisis Management Team (CMT) during crises, ensuring tools and facilities are ready for activation.

  • Serve as the liaison between the CMT and Business Continuity teams during CMAP activation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and agree on mitigation approaches under line manager supervision.

  • Facilitate day-to-day communication on major network changes or activities that may trigger crises, including proposed mitigation measures.

  • Prepare and finalize crisis management protocols for projects and events in coordination with the line manager.

  • Conduct due diligence reviews for all new supplier requests within SLA of 3 working days.

  • Maintain an up-to-date PEP register and share updates with stakeholders monthly.

  • Generate and distribute due diligence reports to relevant parties.

  • Prepare comprehensive Business Risk and Continuity reports for leadership and governance purposes.

  • Monitor project deliverables and conduct testing to validate control effectiveness, with support from project and external teams.

  • Support internal and Group audits, ensuring zero non-compliance findings in BCM audits.
