We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Risk and Control Manager Location: Apapa, Lagos Purpose of the Job Ensure that the company’s Governance, Risk Management and Business Continuity Management processes are operating effectively. The Job Undertake day-to-day risk management activities including identification, assessment, management, review and reporting of risks and opportunities. Work with the Functional Management Teams to establish key risk indicators (KRIs). Perform regular risk scanning and refresh exercises to identify emerging risks. Develop and maintain local databases to facilitate the collation of risk data such as incidents, losses and issues. Engage with the Functional Management Teams and Risk Champions to ensure functional/operational risks are discussed and assessed on a regular basis. Support in the preparation of risk management papers for Board Audit & Risk Committee meetings. Qualifications and Experience First Degree in Accounting, Sciences or Engineering. Certified by the Business Continuity Institute, Risk Management Certification. MBA is an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. The Person Must: Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at analysing large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks.
