Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located on Lagos Island for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, delivering financial products and services, analyzing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve achieving sales and revenue targets, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit appraisal

Sales, negotiation, and business development skills

Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and IT systems within financial services

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and achieve organizational goals

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Relevant certifications or experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
