Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware and software issues)
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance

Set up new user accounts, devices, and access permissions
Maintain IT inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external providers
Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security standards
