We are looking for a
Chief Finance Officer.
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment strategies, and risk management to ensure the organization’s financial health and long-term growth. The CFO serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, providing insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics
Manage capital structure, investment strategies, and financing activities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decision-making
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting teams
Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the board of directors
Drive process improvements in financial operations, internal controls, and reporting systems
