Analyse product performance, including fast-moving and slow-moving items, to optimise stock levels. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain competitiveness. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges. Requirements: A minimum of an HND in business administration, retail management, or related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in supermarket, retail, or FMCG operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations. Proven ability to manage teams and drive sales performance. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Preferably a female candidate.
