The Head of Sub-Office will oversee the operational, administrative, and programmatic functions of the IOM Sub Office in Douala, ensuring effective coordination of field activities and high-quality implementation of reintegration initiatives. This role involves managing daily operations, supervising field staff, and ensuring compliance with institutional standards. The position requires collaboration with government authorities and various partners to support migrant protection and community reintegration efforts. The Head of Sub-Office will also be responsible for data management, reporting, and capacity building within the team. Master’s degree in relevant field or University degree with additional experience Minimum five years of relevant experience Experience in assisted voluntary return and reintegration Experience with UN agencies or international organizations Field coordination and team supervision experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in multicultural environments Fluency in English and French
