Job Description Locations: Kumasi A reputable optical firm is looking for a Branch Supervisor for an immediate employment. Job Purpose To oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer experience, and coordinate branch activities to achieve revenue and service targets. Key Responsibilities Lead the branch in achieving assigned sales targets Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance Support sales associates in closing sales and upselling optical products (frames, lenses, coatings) Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow Ensure the branch opens and closes in line with company policy Monitor staff punctuality, attendance, and adherence to schedules Ensure delivery of excellent customer service at all times Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly Monitor patient/customer flow and waiting time Supervise and guide sales associates Report staff issues and disciplinary concerns to HR Department Ensure proper scheduling and flow of patients for eye examinations Monitor stock levels of frames, lenses, and accessories Required Skills or Experience Qualifications & Experience Minimum: HND or Degree in Marketing, or related field Experience in retail, sales, or healthcare environment (optical experience is an advantage) At least 4 years supervisory experience Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Sales-driven and result-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service excellence Problem-solving and decision-making ability Basic knowledge of optical products (preferred) Good reporting and administrative skills How To Apply Send CV with job title to [email protected] Note Please note, employers receive numerous applications per posting and will only shortlist the most qualified candidates.
