Job Description
We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused individual (preferably a female) who has just completed National Service to join our team as a Front Desk Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Provide administrative support to various departments
Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints
Required Skills or Experience
Degree or HND in Administration, Human Resource, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
