Branch Supervisor

Job Type Full Time

Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA

Experience 3 - 5 years

Location Lagos

Job Field Administration / Facilities  

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and support

Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints

Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Oversee cash handling, transactions, and financial reporting

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Manage inventory, supplies, and branch resources

Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling

Prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
