We are looking for a
Glass Sales Representative.
Job Summary
The Glass Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key customer relationships within the glass market. This role requires a deep understanding of glass products, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient under pressure, and dedicated to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
A. Sales & Business Development:
Proactively prospect, identify, and acquire new clients (e.g., construction firms, contractors, architects, individual homeowners).
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new market segments and increase market share.
Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
B. Customer Relationship & Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide expert technical advice on glass types, specifications (e.g., thickness, safety ratings, thermal properties), and appropriate applications.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and after-sales service issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and positive relationships.
C. Order Processing & Operational Coordination:
Accurately process customer orders from quotation to delivery.
Collaborate closely with the production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered within agreed deadlines.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including contract negotiation, pricing agreements, and payment follow-up.
D. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Conduct ongoing market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and new product development.
Submit regular sales reports and market analysis to management with actionable recommendations.
