Agent Financier - Bamako

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Officer to support treasury operations, expense control, financial coordination, and system management. The role also includes administrative and warehouse-related support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Management
Manage company checks, including application, issuance, registration, and safekeeping.
Handle banking system authorizations and process daily payments.
Monitor bank account balances and report irregularities to safeguard company funds.
Coordination with External Auditors/Firms
Prepare and organize accounting documents for submission to auditors.
Review auditor-provided information related to payroll, social security, and taxes, and follow up on discrepancies.
Verify the authenticity and compliance of expense documents.
Review reimbursement claims and ensure adherence to company policies.
Communicate with employees regarding corrections or supplementary documentation.
Fund Records & Ledger Management
Maintain daily records of bank transactions.
Track sales collections and payment activities.
Reconcile ledgers with bank and financial system data.
Monthly Fund Budgeting
Assist in preparing and monitoring monthly fund budgets.
Analyze variances and report findings with recommendations.
Sales Invoice Control
Review invoice accuracy and compliance with contracts.
Monitor invoice issuance and write-offs.
Maintain invoice tracking records.
Coordination with Headquarters
Support reporting and financial communication with headquarters.
Assist during audits and financial evaluations.
Process accounts receivable entries in SAP.
Support outbound inventory processes and resolve system issues.
Administrative & Warehouse
Support Assist with general administrative coordination.
Support warehouse documentation, stock tracking, and operational recordkeeping.
