Key Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the sales administration team.

Ensure that sales orders, contracts, and customer data are processed efficiently and accurately.

Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all administrative tasks related to client transactions are completed in a timely manner.

Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales admin staff.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Admin Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

Ability to work collaboratively with sales and other departments.
