Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day resort operations across all departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B). Ensure excellent guest experience and promptly resolve any issues or complaints. Supervise, train, and manage staff performance. Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery. Coordinate maintenance and ensure facilities are in optimal condition. Requirements Two (2) years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards. Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft suite and other office software.
