Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Working Hours: Full Time - Full Time Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple channels (walk-in, social media, referrals, corporate clients) to achieve monthly/annual vehicle sales targets in Ghana. Conduct product presentations and test drives, demonstrating vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers in line with local market preferences. Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client consultation, negotiation, contract finalization, and post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, leveraging referrals to expand the customer base in the Ghanaian market. Collaborate with the marketing team to create localised promotional content (e.g., TikTok, social media campaigns) to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands in Ghana to adjust sales approaches and identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases in compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
