Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is a mining company engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of lithium. With a strong presence across the country, the company operates branches in Lagos, Abuja, and Nasarawa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title:  Administrative Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant who can also speak Frenceh, to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and personal support to management

Assist with travel arrangements and logistics

Maintain records and ensure proper filing systems

Perform basic accounting and reporting tasks using Excel.

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings

Handle correspondence, emails, and office documentation

Requirements

Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field

Must be smart, active, and detail-oriented

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Must be familiar with Abuja.

Can speak basic French Language

Good knowledge of Abuja (routes, locations, and general navigation)

Proficiency in Microsoft Exceland other basic computer applications
