This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a corper fresh out of NYSC camp, seeking hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and corporate communication. Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to guests, clients, and staff professionally. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage the front desk area and ensure it is always tidy and presentable. Handle administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Provide general support to other departments as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (NYSC candidates or fresh graduates preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality. Smart-looking and very presentable. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
