Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders via telephone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Handle incoming calls and provide product assistance and support Liaise with suppliers and assist with the procurement of veterinary pharmaceuticals Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times Support internal sales functions within a collaborative team environment Requirements: Registered Veterinary Nurse (preferred) or relevant veterinary industry experience Previous experience in the veterinary or animal health industry Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Computer literate Minimum Grade 12 Ability to work in a team-based, open office environment Salary & Benefits: Salary negotiable based on experience 9% non-contributory provident fund 15 days annual leave Company contribution towards medical aid Bonus / 13th cheque Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 13:00 (closed on public holidays)
