Finance/Admin Stellenbosch - Western Cape - South Africa ENVIRONMENT: A dynamic Property company has a great opportunity on offer for a Billing Officer where you will implement new strategies and processes within the Billing team. You will monitor new and vacating tenants across the Property Portfolio, confirm that all recoveries are recorded while ensuring discrepancies and complex billing queries are resolved. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years suitable work experience with proficiency in MDA, Pastel, Xero and Excel. DUTIES: Monitor new and vacating tenants across the Property Portfolio. Billing detail analysis and reviews which include: Confirming that all recoveries are recorded. Ensuring the accuracy of the invoicing. Resolving discrepancies and complex billing queries. Monitor the billing progress: Ensure that the billing is on track and follow up on progress. REQUIREMENTS: 4+ Relevant experience. Knowledge of Accounting software programs (MDA, Pastel, Xero). MS Office - Excel knowledge. Relevant BCom (Advantageous). ATTRIBUTES: Analytical. Works well under pressure. Good problem-solving and critical skills.
