The Graduate Recruitment within Shell follows a standard global methodology used to attract, select, and place our best talent within the various Shell businesses.

For 2026, we are recruiting post-NYSC graduates in Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, Production).

Eligibility  

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program: 

You must have graduated (Bachelor's or Master's) before your start date

You must have less than three years of work experience.

You must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme

You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
