Job Title:  Business Development Executive

Location:  Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

As Business Development Executives, you will help grow NCDF Group’s business interests by leading client acquisition efforts, strengthening market presence, building commercial pipelines, supporting strategic partnerships, and ensuring that opportunities are translated into real business outcomes.

You will be expected to combine sales strength, commercial judgment, relationship management, and execution discipline.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities

Drive sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and institutional relationships

Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into active engagement

Manage and grow client accounts with professionalism and consistency

Develop market-facing strategies that strengthen visibility and commercial traction

Support proposals, partnership conversations, and commercial negotiations

Meet defined targets and contribute to branch, unit, or platform performance

Represent NCDF Group with credibility across local and international markets

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

What this Role is About

Presenting high-quality business, economy, markets, policy, and leadership content across multiple formats

Leading or contributing to interviews, explainers, news analysis, special features, and editorial conversations

Helping develop original content concepts for LiveTV, digital video, podcasts, and flagship interview formats

Translating complex economic, corporate, and policy developments into clear, compelling, audience-relevant stories

Working with editorial and production teams to create content that is serious, modern, credible, and distinctive
