Financial Accounting (All Brands): Prepare financial statements. Manage daily accounting operations. Track revenue and expenses; Develop budgets and forecasts. Ensure tax and regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate records. Accounting Systems: Xero accounting software. ERP Next, QuickBooks. Candidate must be comfortable working across multiple accounting systems. Business & Strategic Support: Provide insights into profitability and cost control. Analyze performance across product and salon operations Support decision-making with financial data. Implement financial controls and systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost and financial accounting; Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CPA). Experience in beauty, retail, or salon businesses; experience in a growing or founder-led environment.
