Graduates

Commercial graduate programme

Our commercial programme is designed to accelerate the careers of outstanding graduates who have an entrepreneurial outlook and a genuine interest in the world of commodities trading.

Analytics graduate programme

On our analytics programme you will work directly with traders, guiding their commercial strategy by providing data-driven insights into energy commodities markets. Use your mathematical aptitude and coding capabilities to provide practical solutions to complex problems.

Technology graduate programme

Our technology programme offer graduates exposure to both the front and middle office technology functions. Be part of a team that utilises technology to create efficiencies by building tools and platforms.

Corporate graduate programme

Our corporate roles offer graduates the opportunity to develop their expertise within an operational specialism, while gaining experience in a fast-paced commodities environment. In past years, these have included Finance and Compliance positions.

Industrial placements

Designed to accelerate your career in the commodities trading, technology, engineering, or environmental science spheres, this 12-month placement programme is a unique opportunity for talented undergraduates to gain exposure to the world-class people and careers on offer at Glencore. You will be given your own areas of responsibility and have the opportunity to contribute to the work of the business from day one.
