A reputable insurance company is seeking dynamic, young, and results-driven Sales Managers to join its growing team across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about sales leadership, team development, and driving business growth within the insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets

  • Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales agents to build high-performing teams

  • Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve productivity

  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven sales experience (insurance/financial services is an advantage)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
