The role involves leading user growth operations and agent operations/agent liquidity to grow markets from early stage to 1 million monthly active users. Responsibilities include driving user growth, optimizing distribution strategies, overseeing agent network operations, building high-performing teams, managing business KPIs, and collaborating with leadership and product teams. Requirements include 8+ years of senior leadership experience in mobile money/fintech, bilingual proficiency in English and French, strong interpersonal and sales skills, and willingness to relocate and travel extensively.
