monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile
bank statements and other accounts regularly. Manage
accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare
payroll and ensure statutory deductions (PAYE, pension, NHF, etc.) are remitted
promptly. Assist
in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Support
external auditors during audits and provide required documentation. Ensure
compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax obligations. Monitor
cash flow and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. Generate
management reports to support decision-making. Use
accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books or Tally) for daily financial
operations. Requirements: A
university degree or its equivalent in accounting or finance (a minimum of an HND
degree is required) 3-5 years of professional experience Strong
knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of accounting software is an additional
advantage. Excellent
attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities. High
integrity and confidentiality. Good
communication and interpersonal skills. Membership of a
