Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions while supporting the overall accounting function of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Assist with audits and tax filings as required
Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0–2 years of relevant work experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
