Title: Finance Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain robust cost systems to track materials labour and overheads
- Analyse product costing, margin opportunities and pricing strategies to improve operational performance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting aligned with production targets
- Manage cost accounting (raw materials, energy, labour, cost per ton)
- Monitor and control manufacturing costs, variances and plant performance
- Oversee inventory accounting (raw materials, VVIP, finished goods)
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support operational decisions
- Manage cash flow and working capital for continuous production operations
- Ensure tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting
- Implement strong internal controls and risk management systems
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency, cost reduction and profitability

## 💼 Expérience
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in Finance/Accounting (Professional certification preferred - ACCA/CA/CIMA)
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry
- Strong background in costing, inventory management and financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced excel
