Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Present, promote, and sell company products/services to customers

Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within deadlines

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of proven sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Strong organizational and time management skills
