The successful candidates will support daily operations by ensuring efficient delivery services, accurate cash handling, and excellent customer service. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Riders Deliver food, packages, or items to customers promptly and safely Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delays Ensure orders are accurate before dispatch Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery motorbike Follow all traffic and safety regulations Collect payments where required and return accurate balances Cashier Receive and process customer payments (cash, mobile money, POS) Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records Balance cash register at the start and end of shifts Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment issues Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area Assist with basic administrative or front-desk duties Waiter/Waitress Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately Ensure tables are clean and properly set Check on customers to ensure satisfaction Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary Work closely with kitchen and cashier for smooth service General Requirements (All Roles) Minimum of basic education (JHS/SHS or equivalent) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Honesty, reliability, and punctuality Specific Requirements Valid rider’s license Experience riding a motorbike Good knowledge of local routes Basic numeracy and accounting skills Experience handling cash or POS systems is an advantage Previous hospitality experience is an advantage Good appearance and attitude Working Conditions Shift work, including weekends and holidays Fast-paced environment Team-oriented workplace Salary : Attractive Location : Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
