 Job Description Role Overview The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Director, providing high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support. This role goes beyond basic administrative tasks — it requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure the Director’s office runs efficiently. You will act as a central coordination point between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth   communication , timely execution of tasks, and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities (Expanded)

  1. Executive Support & Calendar Management Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and coordinate appointments to maximize productivity and time efficiency. Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and relevant documents ahead of meetings. Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
