Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned programmes or thematic portfolios.
- Prepare annual work plans, budgets, and progress reports aligned with the Centre’s strategic plan.
- Coordinate partnerships with governments, intergovernmental institutions, DFIs, and think tanks.
- Supervise consultants, technical experts, and project officers.
- Organize conferences, fellowships, research collaborations, and stakeholder dialogues.
- Produce knowledge products, policy briefs, and technical papers.
- Ensure compliance with the Centre’s governance, ethics, and reporting standards.
- Manage complex programme activities and deliver results under tight timelines.

## 🧠 Profil recherché
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Governance, Political Science, Law, Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.

## 💼 Expérience
- Minimum 7–10 years’ relevant experience in programme design, implementation, or policy coordination.
- Demonstrated understanding of Africa’s political, economic, and governance landscape.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country initiatives and engage senior-level stakeholders.

## 🛠️ Compétences requises
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (required); working knowledge of French, Arabic, or Portuguese highly desirable.
- Commitment to gender equality, inclusion, and collaborative governance.
