Job Summary

The school operates under Rainbow Educational Services Limited (RESL), a reputable education management company overseeing K–12 institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Support innovative and creative teaching methods to inspire pupils.

Encourage active participation and enthusiasm for learning in the classroom.

Assist in marking and assessing pupils’ work in line with school policies, providing constructive feedback.

Maintain accurate records of pupils’ academic progress.

Apply Assessment for Learning strategies to support individualized learning needs.

Use diverse teaching resources and methods suitable for different topics and learners.

Participate in lesson observations and collaborative teaching improvement initiatives.

Support inclusive learning by addressing diverse abilities, including learners with difficulties or disabilities (LDD).

Stay updated with current subject knowledge and teaching practices.

Provide additional academic support to pupils with learning challenges.

Assist in report writing and internal grading processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Relevant teaching qualification or degree.

1–2 years of experience working in a school environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and pupils.

Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.

TRCN certification is an added advantage.
