Role Overview

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and act as the execution engine of the company.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and fluent in English, capable of managing multiple projects across different business lines.

You will be responsible for ensuring that everything in the company moves forward efficiently — from internal operations to external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution & Project Management

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business units

• Track progress on all active projects and ensure deadlines are met

• Follow up with team members and external partners consistently

• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly

2. CEO Support & Strategic Coordination

• Work directly with the CEO and COO to execute key initiatives

• Translate ideas into clear action plans

• Prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities

• Act as a communication bridge between leadership and teams

3. Operations & Systems

• Build and improve internal processes (SOPs, workflows, tracking systems)

• Organize and manage tools such as Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms

• Ensure operational efficiency across all departments

4. Cross-Team Management

Coordinate between:

• Government contracting team (RFP submissions)

• Product and development teams

• Marketing and partnerships

• Ensure alignment and communication across all teams

5. Special Projects

• Manage new initiatives (consumer apps, fintech products, partnerships)

• Handle ad hoc operational tasks as they arise

• Support business expansion efforts

Requirements

Must-Have

• Fluent English (Required – strong written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• High attention to detail

• Proactive mindset – you solve problems without waiting for instructions

Preferred

• Experience in startups, tech, fintech, or consulting

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace

• Basic understanding of business operations, finance, or product development

• Experience working with international teams
