Key Requirements: Work with the team to increase business productivity 2–3 years relevant work experience Must have supervised a team (3–10 staff) Strong communication and leadership skills Must be firm, organized, and result-oriented Comfortable handling field or external challenges when necessary Experience in logistics, or service-based business is an advantage.
