Duties Under the supervision of the Deputy Warehouse Manager and with work guidance from Warehouse Team Leaders and other warehouse staff, this position is one of a team that provides support to all aspects of the Warehouse operations, including receiving, locating, warehouse maintenance, picking, loading, and delivery. Incumbent is required to safely lift up to 50lbs.

Provides manual labor in support of all warehouse functions including, but not limited to: 100%

Inventory receiving and movement to identified locations

Warehouse cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning and maintenance of stored items and items returned to storage

Picking, packing, and loading for events, make-readies, loans and other issuance

Annual inventory, cycle-counting and auction sales activities

Loading and unloading of vehicles

Movement and set-up for events, make-readies, and other deliveries

Assists with deliveries of fuel and gas. Note: This position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by incumbent. Incumbent will be required to perform other duties as assigned by the agency.

Qualifications and Evaluations Requirements: All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a: security certificate All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam. Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Education Requirements: Primary school completion Evaluations: You will be evaluated against the qualifications and requirements in this vacancy announcement. Qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of substantive experience working in a warehouse, logistics, supply, delivery, or similar field

Language: 

English Level: Rudimentary

French Level : Basic in speaking and writing

Bambara Level : Basic in speaking

Job Knowledge:

Knowledge of safe practices for movement and storage of expendable and non-expendable inventory items

Skills And Abilities:

Basic numeracy, ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds alone.
