Ces principales missions sont : • Organisation des classes et du temps scolaire hebdomadaire et annuel (calendrier, organisation des examens, etc.). • Suivi pédagogique et éducatif individuel et collectif des élèves (Assiduité, notes, orientation, discipline, Pronote, EBEP, etc.) • Coordination des projets, dispositifs et actions éducatives divers. • L’organisation et le suivi du travail des équipes pédagogiques Il est acteur privilégié du dialogue avec les familles. La Circulaire n° 2015-139 du 10-8-2015 précise ses missions éducatives des CPE qui constituent une partie de ses missions. Profil Nous recherchons une personne possédant une expertise dans la coordination pédagogique et éducative d’un établissement scolaire, dotée d’une connaissance approfondie des enjeux et du système éducatif français. Le candidat aura démontré d’excellentes compétences en management, en pilotage de projets et en communication. Son aptitude à travailler en étroite collaboration avec un large éventail de partenaires est cruciale pour assurer une approche inclusive et participative. Nous valorisons particulièrement une vision stratégique et la capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées. Une connaissance de l’enseignement privé et confessionnel est un plus.
