The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking an Associate to support the Ministry of Health in Cameroon in strengthening health financing systems during a critical transition period. This role involves providing analytical and coordination support to optimize resources, mobilize funding, and ensure progress towards Universal Health Coverage. The Associate will execute workplans focusing on donor investment mapping, financing gap analysis, and community health worker systems strengthening. The position requires strong analytical skills, fluency in English and French, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders. Master’s degree in Public Health or related field 3-7 years of experience in health financing or systems strengthening Strong understanding of health financing structures Experience with ministries of health and finance Fluency in English and French Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Prior experience with donor-funded projects is an asset
