CBM is seeking a Project Officer to support its mission of improving the quality of life for persons with disabilities in Cameroon. The role involves partner capacity building, project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and compliance management. The Project Officer will work closely with partners to ensure project activities are executed effectively and in alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong project management skills and a commitment to the organization's mission. Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or international development Experience in project management within the I/NGO sector Proficiency in project management tools and methods Strong analytical skills for financial and programmatic data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with diverse groups Skills in managing program budgets Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
