Overview

Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de la Chimio‑Prévention du Paludisme Saisonnier (CPS) 2026, Jhpiego recrute douze (12) Agents de soutien à la comptabilité Temporaires afin d’appuyer la gestion financière, le contrôle des paiements et la sécurisation des pièces justificatives liées aux activités CPS.

Lieu d’Affectation : Garoua (3 Agents de soutien à la comptabilité) & Maroua (8 Agents de soutien à la comptabilité)

Durée du contrat  : Six (06) mois, couvrant la période de mise en œuvre de la CPS.

Assurer le contrôle, la conformité et la fiabilité des paiements CPS à travers la vérification rigoureuse des pièces justificatives, des états de sommes dues et des preuves de paiement, conformément aux procédures Jhpiego et aux SOP CPS en vigueur.

Responsibilities

Contrôle des pièces justificatives : Vérifier la complétude et la conformité des pièces justificatives par activité et par district, identifier les manquements et engager les échanges correctifs nécessaires avant transmission finale à la Finance.

Contrôle des états de paiement : Effectuer les contrôles de traçabilité, de légalité et de prestation (présences / service fait), et vérifier la conformité des modifications apportées aux états de sommes dues.

Production des rapports de contrôle : Produire les procès‑verbaux de vérification selon les modèles SOP et transmettre les feuilles de travail au Finance Officer / Manager pour apurement des paiements.

Contrôle post‑paiement : Effectuer des appels téléphoniques de confirmation d’au moins 10 % des paiements par district et produire les procès‑verbaux de confirmation correspondants.

Appui général : Apporter un appui aux autres tâches financières CPS et exécuter toute autre tâche confiée par la hiérarchie.

Required Qualifications

• Niveau Bac en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou domaine connexe pour les Agents Financiers ;

• Minimum 6 mois d’expérience en gestion comptable, contrôle des paiements ou audits opérationnels, appui aux opérations financières de projets.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Une expérience sur des projets CPS ou santé communautaire est un atout.
