 Job Description: The General Manager oversees the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and achievement of business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:   Develop and implement organizational strategies and policies. Oversee daily operations across all departments. Monitor financial performance and approve budgets. Lead and manage senior management teams. Build relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of leadership experience. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
