Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Quality Assurance Manager - Ashanti We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems that ensure products, services, and processes consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The role drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a culture of quality across the organization. Key Responsibilities Quality Management & Standards Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with organizational and regulatory standards. Establish quality policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. Process Monitoring & Improvement Monitor operational processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality outcomes. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance. Audits & Compliance Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits. Ensure audit findings are addressed effectively and within agreed timelines. Maintain audit documentation, reports, and compliance records. Performance Measurement & Reporting Define and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze quality data and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management. Training & Quality Culture Develop and deliver quality awareness and training programs for employees. Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement. Coach teams and managers on quality standards and best practices. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with operations, risk, compliance, customer service, and leadership teams. Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters. Support customer complaints resolution and quality-related investigations. Required profile for job ad : Quality Assurance Manager - Ashanti Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage. 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or process improvement roles. Proven experience managing quality systems and leading audit programs.
